Other hotels in Wrocław

Among other hotels in a walking distance from the Institute of Computer Science are:

SAS Radisson
Very conveniently located, in the midway between the Market Square and our Institute. Looks so expensive that we have never dared to enter. Famous restaurant: after lunching there with Kwaśniewski, Chirac and Schröder had the delusion of Putin as a democrat. So stay there, if you can afford it, but be careful with eating.
Lothus
In the strict center, 5 minutes from the market square and only 15 minutes walk from the Institute of Computer Science. Vietnamese owner. They were ready to book a block of rooms for us, for 170 PLN for a single. Definitely not a posh place. Perhaps even a bit cheap. Rooms looked quite modest (comparable with Zaułek) but better than what I would expect for that price in the center of Wrocław.
We did not strike a deal, because they wanted a huge advance.
Mercure–Panorama
New building, huge hotel, belongs to a French chain. Neighbor of Lothus. Needles to say, much better.
Art hotel
Neighbor of Patio, similar style, good reports.
